This page is designed for the STMA committee team, as well as mission team leaders and coordinators. The purpose is to apply for financial reimbursements for expenses made during missions training. Please download this application form, fill out the expense items, and email it to Da L.A. Church Network-STMA, along with your purchase receipts (digital version is fine). Once approved by Pastor Robert Chou, a check will be made out and sent to your organization. Thank you for your hard work for the Kingdom!
