The Right Mentality = Incarnational Ministry 

1.  Be a Learner
Keep a learning attitude like what Jesus did as he grew up in a Jewish culture. 
Respecting local custom will open doors for you.
Pride of being Americans definitely hinders  the ministry.
Learn to appreciate the environment even when it's difficult.


2.  Be Obedient
Obey the leader (because we are in the battlefield).  
Listen to the advice of leaders.


3.  Discipline in Lifestyle
Be alert- be a good examples in life style.  
Keep on schedule and keep your room clean.

4.  Be Flexible
Adapt to changes- be flexible. 
Ask help from other team members.


5.   Practice Contextualize
Sensitive to local context

6.  Be forgiving and need more understanding
Don’t complain or give negative comments  just because of our personal taste or because of the American standards.  
Be considerate  that people are not able to change overnight in certain areas. 
We also need to understand and respect the cultural differences.


7.  Be positive
Praise people for their hospitality.  
Encourage your team members.
